Pre-Order Shopping Guide@Changi Airport

Thank you for choosing to pre-order items from our selection of attractive products. In order to enhance your shopping experience with us, please use the following guide to assist you in placing your orders.

View the products offered by selecting the appropriate product category found at the top navigation menu.
You will be directed to the relevant product category which features products found in either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
You can shop and pre-order from all the participating shops in both terminals but you will also have to go to each individual shop to collect your order.
As you browse, click on the "Order Now" button to purchase the products of your choice.
The selected items will be entered into an Order Form called a shopping basket.
After you have finished shopping, fill in the details required on the "Pre-order for" section. There will be no actual billing at this stage.
When ready, click "Complete Order".
You may view the location map of participating shops in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Goods ordered are to be collected and paid for at the respective shops.
