Bought the wrong item or changed your mind? If you are not completely
happy with your purchase, neither are we. We will gladly give you a full
refund or an exchange of your choice if you return the complete item with
the receipt within 30 days of purchase.
How?
If you are still at Changi Airport, approach the shop directly. Our
staff will offer you an exchange or refund with a smile. In most cases,
exchanges and refunds will be given on the spot, but where necessary, please
allow us up to 2 weeks to process your requests.
If you have left Changi Airport, send or fax a letter to the Shop Manager
at the address printed on your receipt. Please remember to include the
following:
- your full name
- passport number
- mailing address
- telephone/fax number
- name & number of your credit card
- your receipt and
- supporting receipt(s) from the downtown outlet (where applicable).
The Shop Manager will advise you on how to return your purchase (where
applicable). All shipping costs will be refunded.
