Ajisen originated from Kumamoto in Japan, with it's first outlet
established in 1969 and has since extended its franchies in Japan and
other countries. Ajisen serves "Tonkotsu" ramen, famous for its rich
tonkotsu soup base-a smoky, buttery, full-bodied broth made from
long-simmered pork bones, with whole-wheat noodles so tender and chewy.

recipe of making Nonya Rice Dumplings at the age of 12. Kim Choo's menu

Kuehs and Tarts Just to name a few. The old ways are still cherished and
